365 36-42...

Happy Happy Friday! Here are my 365 shots for the week. I hurt myself on day 38 by crashing my dirt bike. So the shots after aren't anything to write home about since I was laid up at home hurting! But I got them done and that's what matters...right! :)

Cool clouds but TOO many darn power lines in front of my house...

Took this while out playing in the mud in our Jeep...

The day we went dirt bike riding and the day I crashed...

OUCH...my shoulder...

This day I truly had NOTHING in me to take a picture. So I just snapped all Haylee's school work that was piled up on my desk...

The after math of two days in the mud! LOVE it...

And today just before the rain started to fall...

Thanks for looking! Have a great weekend! :)

President's weekend ~ Gorman...

The very next day we headed out to Gorman to ride & brought the Jeep for some more muddy fun! :) There was no snow on the ground, but it was cold! Bryan and his daughter Kalea and Mike and his daughter Jordan came with us! I'm only posting about half of what I took because there are a bunch of rock climbing 4x4 pictures that I thought might bore some of you! :) I actually rode finally and had a GREAT time. Best I ever felt on my bike and best I ever rode. I was even catching a little air! YAY! :} Until...I crashed! Ha! I was coming down a little trail and panicked when I saw Jordan coming across my line and grabbed a handful of front break...DUH! NOT a good idea. I'm banged up and REALLY sore but no major injuries thankfully! Now onto the pictures...

More clouds and dramatic skies...

That's Jordan on her quad...

Nugget eating lunch! She didn't ride until the end of the day for about 10 minutes but did REALLY good! She seemed to finally really have the hang of it so I hope she'll ride more now...

Too cute for words...

Little Jordan! She rocks her quad and was a muddy mess at the end of the day...

Haylee crusin and still clean...not for long tho...

Kalea roostin! She stayed clean...well fairly clean...

Jordan following Haylee...

Hi Jordan...

Oh yeah baby...look at that spray. Told you she didn't stay clean...

Seconds after the above shot! She's now telling me where another mud puddle is and expecting me to walk all the way up the hill to it! Ah.....NO! This one is just fine my dear...

Turn around and look down...there we are...

Jordan roostin up the hill! No fear in this 6 year old...

I knew she'd hit the puddle again if I stayed in the same spot. I moved a bit for a slightly different angle! SO proud of my girl...

Jeep after 2 days out having fun! Looks pretty clean all things considered...

Now we've headed over to the 4x4 section to watch the guys in the Jeeps. The kids found mud to play in right away of course...

Kalea being a DEAR and holding my camera bag for me so I could take tons of pictures of the guys playing...

Okay this picture is REALLY.FUNNY because not too long ago...Haylee was almost as tall as Kalea. NOT anymore. Haylee looks like a shrimp now standing next to her...teehee...

Avyree & Jordan having so much fun together! They call each other their Best Friends! Sigh...to be a carefree kid again...

I'm standing at the top of the hill and look down and caught these two moments. Father and daughter....

Kids are getting bored and now sitting in the dirt {right}. We tell them that they can finally run up the hill now that the guys are down the other side and Nugget TOOK.OFF! Cheater...

And that was it for our riding day! Sadly there are no pictures of me on my bike. But that's okay because I don't like anyone touching my camera...even my dear husband! I'm kinda glad that nobody knows how to work it because with my luck they would've been taking pics right as I crashed and rolled around the dirt in pain! Lol!

Thanks for stoppin by and checking out our little life!

President's weekend ~ Texas Canyon...

We decided to take advantage of the weather and head out in the Jeep for some muddy fun! We went to Texas Canyon and the girls were very excited to see there was still a little snow on the ground. We didn't get too far in the Jeep because there wasn't much traction, but we had fun just the same!

For my photog friends, all were shot with my Classic 5D, 35L & 135L. Edited with various Red Leaf, Michelle Kane, Lilyblue and some of my Ziggy Licious Actions!

The beautiful views...

Probably my favorite of the view shots...

This is as far as we got up the sloppy hill before we decided to stop hill climbing and play in the snow...

Nugget cute and playing in the snow...

My medium Jill E bag...

One of my very favorite pictures of Haylee...

Could she be any cuter?

Haylee with THE look! Ya think she's up to something?

Snow ball fights are THE.BEST...

Haylee doesn't hold back with snowballs, even with her little sister...

Nugget loved it too...

She got hit a few too many times by Haylee and decided to hide behind daddy...

Daddy & Haylee at it. Eric doesn't hold back either. Wonder where Haylee got it from. She got him good tho...

I LOVE her expressions in these shots...

Looking for new piles of snow to throw...

Muddy...

Guess she got tired of throwing it and decided to eat it...

And that's it for our fun in the snow. Thanks for looking! :)
